Do I need a motorcycle licence to be a passenger?
No, not at all. You are the passenger — your certified chauffeur does all the riding. No licence or motorcycle experience required. The Honda Gold Wing features a passenger airbag and a seat designed for maximum comfort and safety.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We operate in all weather conditions — rain gear is provided. In the event of exceptional conditions (severe storms, ice), we will offer you a free rescheduling to a date of your choice at no extra cost.
Can I book a tour for a child?
Yes, from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 1 metre. The child must be able to rest their feet on the passenger footrests. We have helmets available in all sizes.
Can I propose during the tour?
We absolutely love this! Contact us in advance and we will arrange a surprise stop at the most romantic viewpoint in Paris at just the right moment. Get in touch by WhatsApp or email so we can coordinate everything perfectly.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour — full refund guaranteed. To change the date or time, contact us by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to find an alternative slot.
Is a hotel pick-up really possible?
Yes, for any hotel located within Paris (inside the Périphérique). Simply provide your hotel name and address when booking and your chauffeur will be at your door at the agreed time. No need to find a meeting point.
