8. Terms and Conditions of Sale
Booking: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation is sent within minutes of payment.
Cancellation by the customer: Full refund if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the tour. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, except in cases of force majeure.
Cancellation by Moto-City: In the event of cancellation on our part (exceptional weather conditions, technical incident), the customer will be fully refunded or may reschedule at no extra cost.
Liability: Passengers agree to follow all safety instructions given by the driver.
Applicable law: These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may submit a dispute for online resolution via the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
